If you win Competition Tickets, they will automatically be added to the my orders section in your my account area and you'll get email notifications for any Instant Wins from theses tickets. If there are insufficient tickets left towards the end of the competition to allocate free tickets, you will receive the equivalent numbers of tickets in a similar competition with the same ticket price.

What happens if the random number generator lands on an upsold ticket number?
